FOUNDER AND CO-OWNER
Ana Torres PA-C
Ana is a nationally certified Physician Associate and graduate of Stanford University, as well as a foreign medical graduate. She is board certified in Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine by the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine and has dedicated over 20 years to the field of aesthetic medicine.
A significant part of Ana’s career was shaped under the mentorship of Dr. Daniel Mills, a renowned plastic surgeon, where she gained in-depth experience in both aesthetic medicine and plastic surgery care. She is also a US MD Codes trainer and faculty member for the US Allergan Medical Institute Training Centers.
With a strong foundation in anatomy, physiology, beauty, and patient safety, Ana has served as a faculty member of the Allergan Medical Institute for the past 10 years, where she trains and educates other aesthetic professionals across the country. Many of her patients have remained under her care for decades—some since the very beginning of her career—reflecting the deep trust and loyalty she has earned through her dedication, artistry, and consistently exceptional results.
Originally from Mexico, Ana studied ballet before graduating from Medical school and becoming a licensed physician. She began her medical journey with a deep passion for reconstructive plastic surgery and community care, blending her love of science, aesthetics, and service. Her approach to facial and body rejuvenation is guided by her artistic eye—balancing movement, form, and proportion to create results that are natural, elegant, and safe.
Ana also incorporates her expertise in anti-aging medicine to help patients achieve wellness from the inside out. Described by her patients as a passionate artist and perfectionist, Ana founded Élevé Medical Institute to bring her vision of elevated, holistic aesthetic care to life.

Kim Blevins, RN
Kim Blevins is a highly experienced Registered Nurse with over 20 years of expertise in medical aesthetics, combining clinical excellence with a deep passion for education. Her journey in aesthetic medicine began under the mentorship of Dr. Mills, our esteemed Medical Director. For 11 years, Kim performed injectable and laser procedures in Dr. Mills’ practice, continuously expanding her skillset as the field evolved. It was during this time that Kim met Ana and Colette, and what began as a professional collaboration blossomed into a close friendship. Kim is thrilled to come full circle, reuniting with Ana, Dr. Mills and Colette at Élevé Medical Institute. Having worked together for so many years, they form a strong, trusted team that shares the same high standards—treating every patient with the care and respect they would offer their own family.
For the past 14 years, Kim has served as a Clinical Educator and Product Specialist with Merz Aesthetics, a global leader in aesthetic medicine. She provides expert training for providers across the country on Ultherapy, Radiesse, Xeomin, and Belotero, helping shape the next generation of aesthetic professionals. As one of the earliest adopters and national trainers for Ultherapy, Kim has personally educated hundreds of practitioners, setting a high standard for clinical excellence and patient outcomes.
At Élevé Medical Institute, Kim offers a wide range of injectable and non-surgical treatments including Botox, Xeomin, Juvederm fillers, Radiesse, Sculptra, microneedling, PRP, regenerative injectables, and Ultherapy. Known for her gentle approach and meticulous technique, Kim delivers customized treatment plans with an emphasis on natural, beautiful results.
Kim prioritizes continuous learning and attends advanced training and educational conferences each year to stay at the forefront of aesthetic innovation. She is passionate about providing holistic, age-appropriate recommendations and helping her patients achieve healthy, radiant skin at every stage of life.

Colette Frenoy
With over 20 years of experience in aesthetics and plastic surgery, Colette brings a rare combination of expertise, warmth, and professionalism to every patient interaction. Her career has spanned roles as Patient Coordinator, Operations Manager, Pre-Op Coordinator, and Front Office Concierge, giving her a 360-degree understanding of the patient journey.
A trusted member of the team, Colette has worked alongside Ana, Dr. Mills, and Kim for more than two decades. She is known for her ability to make patients feel at ease from their very first call, guiding them through the process with clarity, compassion, and attention to detail. Her commitment to building lasting relationships has made her a familiar and valued presence for patients who return year after year.

Dr. Mills
Dr. Mills is a board‑certified plastic surgeon practicing in Laguna Beach, Orange County, with over 35 years of experience in aesthetic and reconstructive surgery . He earned his medical degree from Loma Linda University School of Medicine (1982), he finished general surgery requirements for plastic surgery at Wright State University, followed by a plastic surgery residency at the Medical College of Ohio and an aesthetic surgery fellowship in Phoenix, Arizona.
Dr. Mills has held leadership roles including President of the California Society of Plastic Surgeons (2007–08) and of The Aesthetic Society® (formerly ASAPS) in 2016–17 . He is recognized for innovations like the Aesthetic Neural Network for surgical outcomes and improved device rating systems within the Aesthetic Society. Through his Laguna Beach practice, Dr. Mills specializes in facial rejuvenation, the transaxillary breast augmentation technique, ultrasonic liposuction, and other advanced body and breast procedures . He is deeply committed to patient care, emphasizing compassionate consultation, safety, and personalized treatment planning.
